Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
